The Field Services Division is committed to providing fast, friendly service to the citizens of Texarkana, Arkansas and Texarkana, Texas, Union Water Corporation and Mandeville Water Corporation.  We are responsible for reading every meter on a monthly basis to determine usage, we respond to the customer's request for service or information and encourage customers to pay their bills to avoid our collection procedures.  Meter replacement, repair and testing is also handled by this division.
